These general conditions of contract and use, apply to the users of the site www.White-Branch.com, and also to any commercial transaction carried out on the platform it provides.
White Branch, Lda reserves the right to alter these general conditions of contract and use without prior notice, with any alteration being published on the site.
- Information on Contents
Any use of the contents of the White-Branch.com site, without the prior approval of White Branch, Lda is prohibited, except for personal purposes, under the terms of the laws in force.
White Branch, Lda may, at any time, modify information and the commercial offer regarding its products, prices, promotions and these general conditions of contract and use.
Any abusive use of the White-Branch.com domain, or information contained in the site, without prior authorisation,represents grounds for the appropriate legal measures to be taken.
In the event that the information presented does not correspond to the actual characteristics of the product, the Client has the right to terminate the contract of purchase and sale under the applicable legal terms.
- Intellectual and Industrial Property
Any intellectual or industrial property reproduced or represented on the White-Branch.com site is protected by the respective rights of the author and industrial property under the terms of the Code of Copyright and Related Rights and the Code of Industrial Property.
- Obligations Prior to the Start of the Contract Procedure
Users of the White-Branch.com site are informed that before contracting any product or service on this site, they must have prior knowledge of and accept these conditions of contract and use, and that these may be printed and saved at any time by the users.
- Identification of the Contracting Parties
Any transaction for a product or service offered on the White-Branch.com site is governed by these conditions of contract and use, and are endorsed by WhiteBranch, Lda, with registered offices at Rua Elias Garcia, 147, 4430-091,in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, registered in the Commercial Registry Office of Porto, under the single registration and corporate taxpayer number 514032537 and by the user of the end product, hereafter the “Client”, who shall provide their personal details using the form provided on the site for this purpose.
Any physical person who uses or acquires any of the products offered on the White-Branch.com site by WhiteBranch, Lda, is considered a user.
- Obligations of the User
By entering details in the user identification form provided on the White-Branch.com site, the client:
- Undertakes to provide true, precise and complete details about their identity;
- Is directly and exclusively responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, validity and truth of the details provided;
- Declares that they are an adult and havefull legal capacity to subscribe to the products on the site;
- Undertakes to act in good faith;
- Undertakes to avoid entering, storing or disseminating defamatory, obscene, libellous, or xenophobic content and/or content of any kind that violates the general principles of law and public order;
- Undertakes not to divulge their entry password to the site to prevent third parties accessing their account on White-Branch.com;
White Branch, Lda reserves the right to eliminate the account of anyone who does not comply with the obligations described above.
- Privacy and Protection of Personal Data

- Ordering Online
Ordering purchases through the White-Branch.com site requires prior registration by the Client, where, after having done so, the Client only needs to completethe steps of the transaction for it to be successfully concluded.
Confirmationof the purchase request implies that the Client has expressly understood and accepted these General Conditions of Contract and Use, available for consultation on the White-Branch.com site.
The details registered by White Branch, Lda constitute proof of the series of transactions madebetween it and the Client.
When the purchase is concluded, the Clientwill receive an automatic email confirming the transaction.
If the clientdiscovers that any detail is incorrect, theymay immediately request the alteration, or even the complete cancellation of the purchase made.
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, White Branch, Lda will fulfil the order within a maximum of 30 days, counting from the date following the contract agreement.
- Availability of Products
The processing of a client’s order is only carried out after confirmation of the respective payment in full, so that White Branch, Lda cannot guarantee the availability of articles until the start of the aforementioned processing. However, WhiteBranch will contact the client and inform them of any such occurrences.
If any product ordered is found to be unavailable, White Branch, Lda will contact the supplier to ascertain the possibility of restocking the missing article, and if the delivery time or price changes, the order will only proceed after the client’s agreement.
If there is absolutely no stock available for the product ordered, and it is impossible to propose any product of equivalent price and quality to the Client, or if an alteration to the initial order is not approved by the Client, White Branch, Lda will reimburse the Client for the amount paid, within a maximum of 30 days counting from the day on which the unavailability was discovered.
- Shipping Costs
Additional costs may be due for transport, delivery and post,orany other costs, when these cannot be reasonably calculated before agreeing the contract.
- Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
The following terms and conditions are only applicable for purchases made on www.White-Branch.com.
Clients may cancel their order at any moment up until its delivery, with the right to reimbursement for all amounts paid. After receiving the item ordered, the Client may exercise their right to withdraw under the terms legally envisaged and indicated below, namely Decree Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.
The non-payment of an order within 4 days of the date on which itwas definitively placed, implies its automatic cancellation.
The Client has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs, except those resulting from additional delivery costs, when a different and more burdensome means of delivery is expressly requested by the Client, and those resulting from the Client’s obligations arising from withdrawal from the contract, under the terms of the legislation in force, without needing to indicate any motive, within a period of 14 days counting from: (i) The day on which the Client or a third party indicated by the Client, with the exception of the shipper, gets physical possession of the goods, in the case of contracts for purchase and sale, or; (ii) The day on which the Client or a third party indicated by the Client, with the exception of the shipper, gets physical possession of the final item, in the case of various items ordered by the Client in a single order and delivered separately; (iii) The day on which the Client or a third party indicated by the Client, with the exception of the shipper, gets physical possession of the final batch or item, in the case of delivery of a good that consists of various batches or items.
In order to exercise their right to withdrawal, Clients must communicate their decision to terminate this contract in an unequivocal statement, by email email@example.com or by means of any of the contacts indicated in article1 above, (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or electronic mail).
The Client may also fill out and electronically submit the form for withdrawal or other unequivocal statement of termination (see the final section of these conditions) through the site www.White-Branch.com.
If the Client makes use of this option, White Branch, Lda will, within 24 (twenty four) hours, by a reliable method(email), send the client an acknowledgement of receipt of the request for termination.
In order for the deadline for the withdrawal to be respected, the communication regarding exercising of the right to withdraw need only be sent to White Branch, Lda before the end of the deadline for termination.
In the event that this contract is terminated, the Client will be reimbursed for the payments made, without unjustified delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days counting from the date on which White Branch, Lda was informed of the Client’s decision to terminate this contract.
White Branch, Lda hereby states that it may retain the reimbursement until it has received the returned goods, or until the Client provides proof that the goods have been sent, depending on which occurs first.
The Client must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date on which the Client informs White Branch, Ldaof the withdrawal from the contract, and this is considered to have been fulfilled if the Client returns the goods before the end of the 14 (fourteen) day deadline in good condition and without any signs of use.
The Client must cover all the costs of returning the goods in the event of a voluntary withdrawal from the contract. In the case of returning goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned normally by post, in good condition and without any signs of use, the Client must cover all direct costs of theaforementioned return associated with the costs of shipping contained in the price-list of the cost of dispatching orders.
If the Client wishes to exchange items, they may contact White Branch, Lda, who will provide the client with all the information on the exchange procedure. Under no circumstances may the Client send the items to White Branch, Lda without a prior contact, because they will not be accepted.
The Client must respect the following conditions when returning or exchanging items:
Return the items in good condition, with the full original packaging, accompanied by the respective original invoice;
The exchange or return of articles prepared according to the Client’s specifications or clearly personalised will not be accepted.
After contacting White Branch, Lda and providing information about the return, the item should beproperly packed in the original packaging and sent to us at the following address:

All the items will be inspected on arrival at our premisesand only those that meet the conditions for return will be accepted.
In cases of return, if the Client opts to be reimbursed, White Branch, Lda declares that:
The reimbursement is made through the same payment method (PayPal or Bank Transfer)
In the event of the client receiving damaged items, White Branch, Lda will schedule apick up from the location indicated, in the same delivery zone as the original order, without any cost to the Client.
Reimbursement will only be made after the condition of the product has been verified.
White Branch, Lda reserves the right to refuse to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
- Guarantee for Consumer Goods and After-Sales Service
Under the terms of the provisions of Decree Law no. 67/2003, of 8 April, with the alterations introduced by Decree Law no. 84/2008, of 21 May, all the equipment sold by White-Branch.com is covered by a guarantee for conformity of the goods corresponding to 2 (two) years.
The Client must communicate in writing any defect or malfunction of the product acquired, to the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating their order number and a description of the malfunction, including photographs. The costs of the return or pick-up of items within the guarantee period will be covered by White Branch, Lda, if it considers that the damage caused was due to a manufacturing defect.
Once the item has been received at White Branch, Lda’s premises, the client will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email, and a technical inspection will be made by the brand’s representative or itsofficial repairer and, if any nonconformity is discovered, the item will be replaced. In this case, White Branch, Lda will replace the item and ship it to the Client’s address without any additional cost. The Client will always receive a report on the condition of the item, duration of the repair and, we will contact the Client before shipping the product.
Every product has a cleaning and care manual. Clients will find the most suitablecleaning option on our site, on each product’s page. For more detailed information,requests can be sent by email to email@example.com, and we will clarify any questions.
If the technical inspection detects signs of misuse and/or any problem that may have caused the malfunction of the item (e.g.: being dropped, humidity, etc.) the client will be contacted to indicate if they intend to proceed with the repair of the equipment, which may or may not imply an additional cost. In this case, the item will be sent to the brand’s Technical Assistance Service.
The After-Sales Assistance provided by WhiteBranch, Lda will be available during working days (Monday to Friday), from 10:00 to 18:00, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, regarding any general information, and with respect to orders to the email email@example.com.
- Applicable Legislation
All purchases made on the White-Branch.com site are subject to Portuguese Law. Any conflict or difference in interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
If the client is located outside of Continental Portugal, White Branch, Lda hereby states that any legal process must be pursued through Portuguese Courts.
